Sometimes love requires the reminder of sacrifice and power. For the pieces that are red for day three I believe demonstrates both of those things while we are in the beginning of Black History Month, we as black and Writer are possess with a unique reality. For as good as we are with our words, and our ability to adapt, the masters town known as the English language, we are aware that not so long ago it was illegal for us to even do that. let these words remind you that love is why we do most of our art, and love reminds us that there is so much yet to be done and farther to go.

Diversity is a buzzword to some and a reality for others. Yet, in the current artistic climate, we do see how multicultural writing has become. To the point White writers feature Black characters in their books…yet the complete personhood is not there. While there is no rule about which writer can create a particular character, of you as a non-Black writer can write Black characters: you can discuss these characters publicly.
