Often we are in a reactive state around our Get Goals because we are solely focused on the result. We have a win/lose scorecard going on in our head. While it's okay to have that some of the time, where we typically see transformation is with Purpose-led Goals. These goals inspire learning and growth and long-term behavioural change.
So ask yourself, is your purpose in life to win every shot...or to become a better player?

And none of these even come close to increasing my effectiveness as a leader and business entrepreneur to partnering with my nervous system as a key business strategy.
