My first episode in the new Wisdom Series! I have been talking about this for quite awhile and I was finally fortunate enough to get to sit down with Mark Stover and share his knowledge and wisdom with almost 50 years of working experience. Mark bleeds loyalty as he spent 45 years at Kroger in various roles. From a very early age Mark was focused on long-term goals and providing for his family in the years to come. At the center of his career, was his family. The end of the conversation takes an unexpected turn and is encouraging to hear what Mark would say to his 18 year old self. New episode with my teammate, Grace Wagner! Her career started as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. After working 4 part time jobs and gaining experience in the industry, she realized this was not the route she wanted to go. Grace made a difficult decision but decided to pivot. Looking for someone to give her a chance, she entered the insurance industry and has flourished. Today, she is a health insurance agent at Hitchings Insurance and is rocking it!! Episode with a rockstar of a man, Hunter Edwards. This conversation shows Hunter's heart for kids, specifically with supporting them with their mental health. Right now, he gets to walk along side them and be there for them as a case manager. He loves his role, but wants to take it a step further. In the near future, he plans to get his masters and become a counselor with his eyes set on getting into a school setting. Listen to the full episode to hear Hunter's humbling perspective.

This episode I interview my good friend, Kenny Beucler. Kenny shares how being raised by entrepreneurs has provided him valuable insight from an early age and helped him know he wanted to get into business. After getting his masters in accounting and landing his dream job, he quickly realized this wasn't for him. He was faced with a difficult decision and decided to leave his dream job, and run away from the accounting industry. Today, the Lord has opened an opportunity for him to use his gifts in accounting again, but Kenny is enjoying wearing multiple hats and gaining lots of experience in a school system. New episode with born and raised Findlay resident, Eli Stacy. This conversation gets into his story of loving his hometown and how his love of local business has led him to a career at Old Fort Bank. Eli started with a summer position that opened his eyes to working for a community bank and he quickly fell in love with the atmosphere. He loved the transparency and small business feel. Fun episode with the one and only Eli King! We start with talking through Eli's hobbies and interests, which include growing up on a farm. The conversation transitions to his career in the engineering industry. He went into college with the possibilities of engineering or teaching, and decided on the engineering route. When deciding on which specific industry of engineering, Eli chose mechanical because "I don't really know." What a guy!
