Divorce, by its very nature, can be scary, confusing and life changing for those who are considering it, in the middle of it, or coming out the other side. The process of divorce can be overwhelming from a legal standpoint and emotionally taxing. This class is designed with the intention to assist those considering, entering or recovering from this challenging chapter by providing insight, tools, and guidance to move through the stages with more certainty and direction. The class will be co-led by Dawn Culp, Owner of The Zen Room and Traci Mason, a seasoned Family Law Attorney, to assist individuals as they find their own calm within the storm and to “Rise Strong” by finding strength and healing and learning to emotionally manage their divorce.
Just like a printing press prints money, our bodies are energy generators. The question is...is our body minting pennies or printing hundred dollar bills? What you put in, diet and exercise being big contributors, is what you get out. Have a listen and I hope you get a nugget or two that you can use.
In this episode of The Zen Room, Dawn Culp and Traci Mason discuss their newly launched class on how to rise strong out of divorce. The class was born out of necessity, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to an increase in divorces. Traci, a family law attorney, and Dawn, an energy and emotional expert, offer tools and guidance to help individuals navigate divorce with grace and strength. They emphasize the importance of taking control of one's own agency and using emotional and legal tools to make better decisions. The class is available both live and as a recorded session.
