It even goes through the most common reasons you are not making new friends or nurturing the connections you do have!

Sometimes as humans we struggle to feel our emotions fully because we cant identify the emotion. Well the emotional wheel is here to help with that struggle. 

We identified some emotions that we have experienced and discussed how knowing what our true emotions were, helped us. We recommend researching the emotional wheel and listening to this episode to understand more about different emotions and what the emotional wheel can tell you about those emotions.
