Welcome to our first Zen Trap Chat, trying out new things just wanted to start your week with a question to ponder. On average for your life total, from birth to current age today,
1. How much effort have you put into life in general i.e doing random tasks/choirs, school/work, love/family, relaxing whatever and everything included?
2. How much have you enjoyed your life on average (enjoyed meaning felt slightly over content or not sad/mad) and all activities and aspects of life i.e school, work, choirs, breakups, everything?
As you set your intentions for the week, choose to have a great day, and week to set you up for a great year.
