Every relationship is unique, and people come together for many different reasons. And that’s something you’ll only know by talking deeply and honestly with your partner.

Before the person becomes your partner, the person must be your friend! The foundation of every relationship is genuine and true friendship.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by stress, you are not alone; we all go through stress from time. But the question is, how do we handle the stress we go through from time to time?

Stress is the body's response to any demand or pressure. These demands are called stressors. When stressors in your life are constant, it can take a toll on your mental and physical health.
