We all have them we all make them, the objective is to be happy with them in end.

Setting boundaries can be extremely difficult and painful even. There is no easy way around it. You have to go through it, all the luck and yuck is totally worth it. You’ll be full of wisdom and bliss on the other side of healthy boundaries.

That’s you ain’t it? I know! Easier said than done but before you ask, or require something from a person… make sure you can give those to yourself and make sure you can reciprocate!

There’s always room to improve, it’s not simple or easy, it requires a lot of active thinking and doing, one of those things to do is be intentional.

Reading and reflection will have you reevaluate errrythang in your life. Get down to the nitty gritty and find out what it is you need so you flourish and thrive. There are parts to us all and you can only be as strong as your weakest area.

Sometimes your weapon of choice is a feather. Consider and accept the idea that not all conflict was to result in a blood bath or you winning. The idea for you to become and grow through finding the resolutions to your problems, no matter who they arise with.

It’s quite a journey to get there, but once you are you’ll never look back. Understanding yourself, helps you understand others, and your purpose in this life and every life you touch.

You must choose growth & acting as your higher self, over appeasing your desire to win or be right.

Get to know yourself, by yourself, through your own eyes. Learn each side of you and make a decision which one shows up and which one you want to win in every decision you make.
