How many times have you encouraged others and forgot yourself? At one point or another we have all done this. It has been a horrible habit of mine to do this and totally negate myself. This habit along with others may not stop but I will definitely work to identify and redirect when it comes to the surface. Because self care isn’t just for my loved ones, it’s for me too.

There is nothing like feeling hindered in a relationship directly or indirectly. I wouldn’t recommend at all! So be careful out there picking parters yal, be mindful of their values and make sure they align with yours completely.
