It not as easy as taking all your bad experiences, and lessons and just dumping them in the trash. You have to reflect, learn, and forgive to move on.

I mean we speak about it a lot but it always seems so tantalizing, or is that just to me. Anyway, you know you’re in alignment when you refuse anything besides the things that are gonna take you higher and closer to version of yourself and life you ultimately desire.

It becomes easier to live, love, laugh, if you’re totally honest with yourself first. Then you can live alongside others, love your family, friends, community, partner, & laugh fully! It can’t always be everybody else, it’s gotta be my fault sometimes too, is the reality.

Your instincts are there to protect to you from sharing your gifts, talents, yourself, within any dynamic that doesn’t serve you. Any organization or relationship that is not operating in a way that can pour and give back to you what you give it.
