We discuss the possibility that we could actually have another listener besides you. we talk about our responsibility and commitment to our listeners and our guests because it's you guys who are doing this Moron a huge favor which leads to me having a guilt trip over thinking I am a sexist.  BUT… I am NOT my thoughts.  Everyone has a thought now and then that does not reflect their true nature.  Except the Senator who apparently is a magnanimous humanitarian 24/7.  We also discuss yet another democratic candidate who has thrown their hat in the ring and this guy is interesting.  Thank you for listening.

We’ve got a live one today on the Modern Moron.  I speak with Achintya Madduri who has a PhD in Electrical engineering.  His work focused on solar panel grids that can be set up in areas where natural disasters have struck.  We also talk about growing up with scientist parents who also practiced religion including reincarnation which is one of the principals of Hinduism as well as spirituality, levels of consciousness and faith.  Pretty deep for a moron...

This is a real hodgepodge casserole Modern Moron.  We’re all over the place where we talk about Men’s College sports vs. women’s college sports and how college athletes bound for the pro’s are sitting out critical championship games to avoid injury and jeopardize their professional careers. Plus the Oscars, a future guest and a story about someone pooping in the woods.  Maybe Goldilocks?

The title is pretty self explanatory, except for a segment about the changing priorities of different generations.  And there is also a quick segment at the beginning that we think you'll like if you think you are a moron about computers.

Sydney received a PhD in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In her research, she contributed to the first detections of gravitational waves!  So naturally we ask her what her favorite movies are... Among other things, like working with Legislation in California and what it's like to go to college for ELEVEN YEARS. 

We talk for a half a second about the Superbowl ... I include it only so you can hear the Senator try and pronounce Rob Gronkowski’s name.  We talk about the Governor of Virginia… we spew about the age-old conspiracy theory of the auto and oil industries withholding technology, so they can make another few hundred BILLION dollars.

And first off, we start with the Senator listening to his own voice for the first time on a decent microphone…  if you love his voice as much as he loves his own voice, we will be the biggest thing in the podcast universe since the Beatles which we include a story about their demise which sets the Senator off on a jag about Yoko Ono. 

 During a discussion about spirituality we find out that people who do not practice a religion are lazy… hmm.  Thanks for listening.

Kamala Harris announces her candidacy for president, there is a government shutdown that turns out to be the longest in history and my co-host and lifelong friend reveals to my surprise that he is one quarter Cherokee.  I call Bullsh*t on that.
