Don't ever settle for anything less than what you're pursuing, what you desire or what you've worked for. If it's something that has significant importance for you whether it be your career, your hustle or your relationship...you should never settle for mediocrity. It’s time to get your time back. Stop putting it into people, situations or mindsets that are wasting your life away. Taking away your ability to actually enjoy the beauty life has to offer! It’s ok to get emotional, but let it out...don’t unpack and stay there. It’s a small detour in the actual journey and we just need to tell ourselves to stop wasting anymore precious time we have. We all get caught in monotony, it’s overwhelming...it’s disheartening. But how we deal with it and even work our ways out of it are all different. We all have our struggles everyday. Im sure the majority of us have felt anxious, have felt defeated by anxiety and even have struggled coming to terms with their anxiety. So we can all take a seat and discuss what tools we can use to battle said struggles with anxiety and even depression. We are all capable of beating it...but by taking it day by day.
