Conor founded the Berlin Boys Club, a nomadic men's group exploring healthy masculinity in Berlin, Dublin and Los Angeles.

For Conor’s latest project, Brother’s Seeker, he has joined forces with 3 others to form a community dedicated to understanding men’s issues, through online courses and events.

Conor also hosts fantastic group and 1 on 1 meditation sessions, creating space for people to feel grounded in the now….. with his very soothing voice.

This week on the show we welcome Johanne Schwensen, Clinical Psychologist and Co-founder of It’s Complicated.

With her 1:1 clients, Johanne uses a collaborative toolbox of narrative strategies, cognitive behavioural therapy, and mindfulness methods tailored for specific needs, to help her clients overcome concerns and difficulties.

Johanne is also a co-founder of “It’s Complicated”, a platform with the purpose of making life less complicated for therapists and patients alike.

Davide began her own meditation practice at 11 years old and over the last 10 years has travelled the world, with her most defining moment in Nepal where she learned the Vedantic principles. The essence of Vedanta is self-knowledge and covers 6 interdependent principles. They are clarity of intention, awareness, empathy for one another, appreciation for each other and what you receive, stretching beyond your own limits and letting go.

Carla is the founder of Project Três, which is a non for profit organisation in India and Kenya that began in 2016. Project Tres believes that providing education on fair trade and self-sustainability is the key to creating life-changing economic and social opportunities.

Dr Irena Ateljevic is Terra Meera’s visionary. She is an acclaimed academic and researcher in the fields of sustainable development through individual empowerment and community. Irena firmly believes in connecting theory with practice. Her 20 years experience has led her to express passion for social justice and human development in numerous projects on economic and social transformation. She’s worked all over the world, from her home in Croatia, to New Zealand and the South Pacific, China and India too.

We’re also joined by her daughter Tina Ateljevic, who among other projects in Berlin exploring empowerment, works alongside her mother on Teera Meera in Croatia. We were connected through Lula Dahringer, our recent podcast guest, and her documentary Transmodernity, where Tina and Irena’s story and knowledge is shared.
