The Town get their Sky Bet League One season underway at the Select Car Leasing Stadium on Saturday afternoon when Reading host the Hatters.  

Kev and The Lutonian journalist James Cunliffe get together to look ahead to the match, one which will see an immediate reunion with a player who departed in the summer.  

The boys have a look at the Royals, their transfer activity and a quick assessment of their cup game including who to watch out for and where their strengths lie.

The Town took the season down to the final day with a 2-1 win over an impressive Barnsley side at a nervy Kenilworth Road on Saturday afternoon.

A Kasey Palmer brace guided the Town to a comfortable 2-0 win away to Rotherham United on Tuesday evening to keep the play-off charge alive.

Luton Town added another piece of silverware to their collection when they won the Vertu Trophy with a 3-1 win over Stockport County at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.
