When someone is looking for a moving of God’s Spirit among a group of people, at an event, or otherwise, signs and wonders of tongues, prophecy, or miracles are sought after. However, to only look at the gifts of signs is to overlook and miss an important aspect of how the Spirit moved among the people of God in the early church. Pastor Jeff shows that the Holy Spirit had such devotion from the believers at that time that it was characterized by surrender, joy, and a willingness to provide for the needs of those around them. As Pastor Jeff takes gives us an up close perspective, we learn that generosity was a part of the culture supported by the Holy Spirit.
