I have started to notice little things around the world that I think warrant a conversation. There are small mistakes and minor concerns that Im seeing people struggle with, and I wanted to take an episode to address them. Lifting straps, training footwear, squat and bench form, diet confusion, breathing technique and a bunch of other junk. I wanted to clear up some stuff that I think needs clearing.
