In this episode I share the story of what happened to me when I just went out with the intent to only run 4 miles and ended up running a marathon (actually a little more than a marathon, 26.32 miles) after I got lost. I discuss how our bodies can handle a lot more than we give ourselves credit for. I ran 26.32 miles without any hydration or potassium or any of those gels that runners take before hitting the wall at 18 miles (what wall?).
