SPOTIFY HAS AUDIOBOOKS! I'm starting with atomic habits. I'm so happy. been waiting for this for a long time. let me explain why...
sometimes when we're working through something challenging, it can feel like we aren't getting anywhere. then when it's over, we feel like we don't deserve praise or celebration. we often forget to recognize the progress we've actually made and get swept up in what we "could've done better." today I'm kicking things back into gear with my view on self success and reward. it's good to be back
i've had a bit of an awakening. recently watched a youtube video about anxious attachment & realized how important it is to understand what it really means & whether u are suffering from it. this is a bit of an emotional episode for me, but it was important to me to let it out & hopefully u get something out of it too. i'm always looking for ways to improve my wellbeing & always excited to share these ideas with u all. stay safe <3

today is a bit different. i made a playlist of songs from 2010-2013ish & am talking about what they mean to me. music has always been a huge part of my life & one of my passions, so today u get to vibe to some BANGER throwbacks & sing along with me :)
p.s fast forward to the 2nd half of the episode if u get sick of me interrupting every 10 seconds lol
i'm not one to lose personal belongs every time i leave the house or anything, but i lose stuff every now & then. there is nothing i hate more than not knowing where something is. last week i lost something very dear to me & i really wanted to share my experience.
