- 2024 Free Agency/Offseason Series - Ep 2: New York Knicks
The New York Knicks are in such a great place heading into the
offseason. They have two key free agents to re-sign in OG Anunoby andIsaiah Hartenstein. Both will get significant raises, but the Knicksshould be able to pay whatever it takes to retain them while keeping thepayroll reasonable. At the same time, they're still armed with 8first-round picks to trade for a star. Will that player finally becomeavailable? I go over contract projections for Anunoby, Hartenstein, aswell as Jalen Brunson, and show how they could also potentially add anexpensive star like Giannis Antetokounmpo while abiding by the new traderules.0:00 Intro

14 min - 2024 Free Agency/Offseason Series - Ep 1: Denver Nuggets
Hi everyone, this is my first video on this channel where I discuss the
NBA with a focus on the salary cap. The Denver Nuggets were eliminatedlast night but this core will still be contending for titles. But forhow much longer? It seems obvious that they'll keep everyone, but thenew CBA could make it challenging. They'll probably happily spendwhatever it takes, but they probably want to at least avoid the newlyimplemented second apron. I get into that and explain how the Nuggetscould potentially do that over the following two seasons while givingJamal Murray, Aaron Gordon, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope new contracts. They may have no choice but to be over the second apron at some point, but there's definitely a pathway to avoid it.0:00 Intro to the channel
