You must constantly ask yourself these questions from Jim Rohn: 

Who am I around? 

What are they doing to me? 

What have they got me reading? 

What have they got me saying? 

Where do they have me going? 

What do they have me thinking? 

And most important, what do they have me becoming? 

Then ask yourself the big question: Is that okay?

Life is often unfair. 

It's true. 

There are things that happen that are outside of our control that affect us, whether it's the economy, other people in our organization, accidents, what have you. 

But who is ultimately responsible? 

Listen in.

Gratitude is essential. We have so much to be thankful for.
