We're born curious. We want to not only observe and learn everything but also simply enjoy it - then be it cycling, swimming, or playing frisbee. Slowly, that as a daily activity transforms into a habit. A habit, that we then label either good or bad, judge it, and do it consciously but also forcing ourselves into it. It becomes nothing but a pattern. Lifestyle, on the other hand, probably could be an evolution of a habit. Here there is no compulsion, but one is still conscious of the activity they are involved in. However, the key lies in losing oneself in the act - just like when we were that little, curious child. What would that be like?
