In this episode we are sharing our second master tool for managing your anxiety. We discuss how to let go of evaluating or judging anxiety in favor of describing the not-so-threatening physical sensations that accompany anxiety. When we get out of our heads and into our bodies we can use sensation and body posture to gently coax our nervous system back into a state of relaxation and calm.
