Chris & Luke are Joined by GB & Scotland 7s Winger Max McFarland. Max has 84 World Series tries and has represented Team GB at the Tokyo Olympics. We chat about his journey into rugby, including his time in Russia and how he ended up playing for Scotland alongside his time in Tokyo and how he is the lizard wresting champion. 

Chris is joined by Sevens Superstar and Welsh Wonder woman Jasmine Joyce. 

Jaz currently plays for Team GB on the World series and has featured in two Olympic games. She has also represented Wales at both 7s & 15s, featuring in a Commonwealth games and a Rugby World Cup and has played for the Barbarians.
