What an amazing weekend I was able to have with new friends and some familiar faces at the very first fall edition of Lexington Comic & Toy Convention. This episode has been a couple weeks in the making, but it's one that we're very excited to bring you, dear listeners. The question often arises to whether bourbon and wine cane pair together, and this week, I'm fortunate enough to be joined by MyDailyBourbon AKA Chad Watson to learn about those nuances and find out how we can actually make the perfect pairings happen. Plus, I wax poetic about the poet of food and culture himself, Anthony Bourdain, for an inordinate amount of time before realizing that I should've simply said that you should watch, read, and listen to his own words and understand that the man himself was irreplaceable and inimitable.
