The Ahsoka show reveals the point of view of younglings/padawans as the Clone Wars began and how what they thought the life of a Jedi in training would be, was actually just war and youngling soldiers.

Ahsoka shows us that the Jedi did infact take younglings from families at an early age to make them become Jedi to fight in a political war, instead of keeping the peace like Mace Windu said.

We see now the Jedi weren't all they were cracked up to be...
