Hola, Happy Indigenous People Day! As the holidays approach this is just a reminder to check up on your loved ones . For some the holiday season can be filled with amazing food and crazy familia but for others like myself(Jackie)  it can be emotionally and difficult time of year. Seasonal  depression is real. Feel your emotions but don't get stuck and give yourself the opportunity to change it.

Hola! (Pre-recorded) For this weeks episode we talk about our own experiences living with our significant others and having to take on the "MOM" role.  It's implemented in the latino community that women are expected to serve men by taking on the responsibilities in a household; cooking, cleaning etc..  Let us know what you guys think.
