Between 1981 and 1982, four women were brutally attacked, beaten over the head and stabbed with an ice pick or a screwdriver. Two of the women would survive their attacks, but unfortunately, the other two would not. While the methods used in the attacks on these women were similar in and of themselves, there was also another eerie characteristic that they shared - after each attack, a man - speaking in a high-pitched, weepy voice - made a call to the police department confessing his crimes.

In this episode, we discuss the crimes of the Weepy Voiced Killer, the phone calls he made, and the actions that finally got him caught.
