If this happened during the events of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, Order 65 could have drastically altered the galaxy's fate. By exposing Palpatine's manipulation and his secret identity as Darth Sidious, the Jedi could have united the Republic’s forces, including the clone troopers, against him instead of being targeted by Order 66. This would have preserved the Jedi Order, potentially avoided the rise of the Empire, and allowed Anakin Skywalker to fulfill his role as the Chosen One without succumbing to the dark side. The survival of the Jedi would have meant a stronger, unified resistance against the Sith's influence, fundamentally changing the balance of power in the galaxy and preserving hope and peace for generations.
