Fulton lost a good man Friday morning. Morris Wayne Allday died Feb. 15, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born Dec. 18, 1955, in Oceanside, Calif., to J.W. Allday and Jimmie Grey Allday. GROVE HILL — The Clarke County Commission announced the formation of an EMS Committee during its Feb. 11 meeting to address challenges in ambulance services throughout the county.
