Beth Wehr to you) joins me this week and she is the SWEETEST HUMAN ALIVE!  Beth and I were in the same sorority at Lynchburg College and were in the same sorority family.  She tells us all about her experience with getting the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and how she has handled working with the public during a pandemic.  Beth also shares her passion for physical therapy, specifically in the pelvic floor specialty.  This episode is VERY educational, fun, and just an all-around good time!

The beautiful and wonderful Sam Stone joins Melanie and I this week!  It's also the first episode with our new podcast set up with mics and an audio interface - we're professionals now!!! Sam helped really get the podcast off the ground by creating the graphic and (coming soon) a logo and merchandise!  Sam is our first Pisces woman on the show and she is a water sign through and through.  We dive into our Disney experiences, how Sam has worked on her mental health through therapy and video gaming, and how we feel about clothes for dogs.  Sam is an incredibly kind and warm person, and I hope you enjoy our conversation!
