The queen herself Dana Kyro joins me this week and it was so amazing to have a chat with her!  Dana was my favorite leader I worked with at Disney and someone I look to for professional and personal advice on the regular.  We talk about our continued love for Tik Tok and what the most overrated Christmas movie and song is.  Dana and I dive into some deep-end topics, like spirituality and meditation, and how both have helped us through the global and political turmoil this year.  She answers several Pool Peep questions like what the best free restaurant bread is and tells us about how she met her husband, Trevor!  I hope you enjoy this episode!  What do you think is the most overrated Christmas song and/or movie?

Coleen Read joins us this week and what a treat it is!  Coleen and I have been friends since the Disney College Program and it was so much fun to have her on the pod.  We discuss Coleen's Aquarian traits and how she is used to #BigVirgoEnergy because her brother and I share the same birthday!  Coleen shares her journey with therapy when she was younger and how she uses Fortnite as a good release for stress and anxiety.  We also ask Coleen what the best cheesy Christmas movie is and she has some OPINIONS!  I hope you enjoy this episode - it's one I am very proud of and hope you are too!

Robert Pearson, a coworker and good friend of Melanie and I, joins us this week!  Robert is originally from Hawaii and gives us a little island history lesson and tells us what it was like growing up there.  Robert also tells us about his favorite things and learns more about his zodiac sign.  He talks all about how he discovered meditation and walking for stress relief and how he tries to be mindful in the midst of the chaos.  Robert argues who the best superhero is, even going so far as to claim that The Dark Knight is his favorite movie of all time!

Paige Johnson, an honorary member of the Florida Johnson's household, joins us this week as our guest!  Paige and I worked together at Disney for almost a year and have remained close friends ever since.  Paige chats with Melanie and I about her mental health journey - both in seeking professional help from a therapist and using her art as a release.  We also tell you all about our favorite Spaceship Earth photo edit pictures, the BEST form of potato, and some of Paige's favorite Disney things!

Welcome to the first holiday themed episode all about everyone's favorite spooky day - Halloween!  The whole Johnson family (yes, even Jasmine!) joins me on this episode as we talk about some of our favorite Halloween memories.  We discuss our favorite Halloween movies, the movies/shows that still spook us to this day, and our favorite scary villians.  We also talk about our best and worst costumes, the best and worst candies, and what Trump is going to be for Halloween this year.  It's a SPOOKY one!  Special shout out to my dad for the intro music this week!

On this episode, we have one of my favorite people on the planet, my former college roommate, and all around best friend join us, Katie Berry! Katie and I talk about the zodiac sign of her unborn baby and our enneagram. She tells us about her experience finding a therapist and how she’s staying proactive on her mental health through a major move and her pregnancy. Katie also shares her thoughtful opinion on the fashionability and functionality of cargo pants.

Corey Waugh joins us as the guest for this week's episode all the way from Melbourne, Australia!  In this episode, Corey reveals that he doesn’t really *~*believe*~* in astrology and tells us about some differences between Australia and the United States. We also discuss his version of therapy, which is actually a combination of a few things! I hope you enjoy!

A couple of our former roommates, Kallie McLaughlin and Jordan Meals, join us for the funniest, and most chaotic, episode to date!  Kallie does an impeccable Alexis Schitt impression and Jordan reveals he has several other "friend groups" that he does movie night with, which we quickly tell him is not allowed.  Kallie talks about how she uses art as her therapy and Jordan has done a lot of self-reflection to help him be mindful in these weird times.  We all recount how many times Jordan fell up and down the stairs at our house when we lived together and we talk about staying friends with exes.
