As parents and others in authority we send messages we do not intend to send to our children.  They draw conclusions that color their lives and decisions as they live their lives going forward.  Take time to examine what irrational thoughts you have, what messages you told yourself as a child that you keep telling yourself today and what old idea are still driving you.
