I interviewed Magic Barclay. Magic has been a single mother of two for the past 10 years. In that time, stress and the roller coaster of life have seen her face her mortality a number of times. Cancer, Lyme disease, stroke, Diabetes, Heart attack, and hypoxia survivor- Magic has seen how treating the root cause of any illness gives you the tools to acquire a level of health you only dreamed possible.

Magic is a Mould Toxicity Master Practitioner, an expert in the PNEI (Psycho Neuro Endo Immunology)of Trauma, an Advanced Immune Practitioner, and an Advanced Practitioner in Innate Immunity and Functional Health Solutions. Magic is also a practitioner of Lymphatic Mojo and CMLD (Complex Manual Lymphatic Drainage).

Magic is the author of 4 books and a sought-after speaker. Magic is also the host of "A Magical Life- health, wealth and weight loss". never truly felt well. After surviving a rough childhood, torn between a narcissist of a father and an unfeeling and emotionally neglectful mother, Magic stated "I learned that I was the only one I could depend on'. "I always felt like 'the black sheep' and found it hard to trust anyone". In my teens, my lack of control in my life led to anorexia and binge eating disorders. My weight was about all I could truly take charge of. By the age of 17, I had also become a binge drinker- leading to becoming an alcoholic by age 21. After transferring this lack of self-relationship to relationships with others, I found myself at the end of a string of emotionally vacuous and harmful relationships- culminating in a marriage to a narcissist (don't all girls end up marrying a version of their father?). Those self-esteem issues came back and again via my weight- I protected myself by becoming morbidly obese. That was the only way my body could physically be off-limits to an abusive husband (or so I thought). After enduring 14 years of being told I was ugly, worth nothing, a horrible mother, and much more- I left! I packed the kids, dogs, and cats into the car, loaded a truck, and fled town. Victoria was born in Ukraine, in the former USSR, and the Soviet Union did not make it easy or possible to leave the country. Yet the regime could stop neither me nor my Ukrainian freedom-seeking genes from dreaming, creating, pursuing, and ultimately proving that everything is possible.

As she state it was through God’s grace and guidance, that she found it possible to travel the world and see over 40 countries. My interview with Sheri Briggs. Is a wife and mother of six children; two of who are children in heaven. One died prematurely at birth and her son Nathan died seven years ago in a free-diving accident in Mexico at the age of 26 years old. She is also an author, and grief and trauma coach. Her first book came out on November 8, 2022. It is called, " Relentless Pursuit; God's Gentle Guidance Amidst The Storm" The book as Sheri tells it paints a compelling picture of God's redemptive power. How he took what was evil in her life, including a cult upbringing, being born into an alcoholic home, a brutal car accident, and the loss of her son, and showed her that He is the perfect parent of His children, and gives a deep experience of His love in the midst of suffering.

Sheri started a non-profit organization in 2005, called Bridge of Hope San Diego. The vision for Bridge of Hope came from her experience as a single mother with her son Nathan. God took care of her and her son and provided all they needed, as she stepped out and trusted God.

Sheri states that the mission is to strengthen families in transition. Transition can mean many things; families leaving homelessness, domestic violence, recovery, refugees, immigrants, families facing a crisis, disabled, etc. Sheri's goal and hope are to inspire others and the next generation, to step out in faith where God calls them, and to trust God for the resources as He leads them to love and care for others. We have followed the example of George Mueller, the Father of Orphans, and chosen not to fundraise, but to trust God, that where He guides, He provides. Our organization has grown over the last 17 years and is providing food for about 1500 families per month, approximately 500 families visit our clothing closet each month, as well as 40 families, receive the furniture and all household items each month. We work with over 70 agencies throughout San Diego County. We also have art, science, and tutoring programs for the local children in our community.

I interviewed Troy Hadeed. Troy was born in Trinidad & Tobago and has lived there for the majority of his life, today he still calls the forested North Coast of Trinidad his home and lives among a community of hummingbirds. He attended the University of Tampa in Florida and graduated with a degree in business, thereafter Troy returned to Trinidad to open Trinidad’s first Hemp store which he ran for eight years before starting a biofuel business, and then finally nurturing a beautiful yoga studio and community known as One Yoga Trinidad—recently rebranding as BeyondYogaTv.com

Troy has traveled the world on a ship, walked on foot across Costa Rica, sat in silence for 10 days at a time, spent time in absolute darkness, and has dedicated the last 15 years of his life to the practice and teaching of Yoga. He has recently completed his first book, Popcorn in My Pocket; Insightful Reflections For A Better You & A Better World, scheduled to launch in April/May 2023

Troy has dedicated his life to aiding others in understanding their journey while inviting an expanded perspective of the human experience and encouraging individuals to look at their own healing to contribute to collective healing. As a Yoga teacher Troy shares, “I have always said that if I did not believe the practice of Yoga increased our capacity to love, and reconnected us to the God of our own understanding, that I would walk away from it immediately.”

Troy states "As a human being, “I have deeply loved and been heartbroken. I have been over-confident and humbled. I have trusted wholeheartedly, and I have been wronged. I have been the heartbreaker, the wrongdoer, and the betrayer of trust. I will continue to walk through my own darkness and assist others in shining a light on theirs. I believe this human experience is bigger than we could possibly imagine and that we are all intricately connected. We are not alone, we never will be.”
