I interviewed Ewelina Szczeblewska. Ewelina is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and RTT Therapist (Rapid Transformational Therapist/RTT). She is also NLP Master Practitioner, Transformational Coach, and Confidence & Mindset Coach. In 2022 she was recognised by Scotland Prestige Award as a Hypnotherapist of the Year. She works with anxious & frustrated overthinkers, high-achieving professionals & entrepreneurs who are ready to say YES to themselves and create extraordinary lives. She helps them transform using subconscious programming so that they can step up in all aspects of their lives with courage, self-trust & unstoppable confidence.

Ewelina tells us that on the surface, her life looked good. She had a great job, and in a long-term relationship yet, things were far from perfect. However she didn't feel fulfilled. She stated that she had forgot how to invite joy, ease and inner peace into her life. Then there was a dramatic turn in her relationship and other events, forcing her to slow down and look at herself more deeply. In the space of six months,she had lost everything. My life felt like a disaster.

The following months she spent reading books, watching videos on personal self-development and enlisting the services of coaching experts. Ewelina realised that the solutions were buried deep inside of her. she felt hungry to uncover her authentic self. Things changed for me when she discovered that subconscious reprogramming is incredibly powerful and lasting.

At last, she was able to show up authentically, and unapologetically, true to herself. Today she live a truly wonderful life as she gets to do what I love. She stated that she feel worthy and have rock-solid self-belief in myself. I have clear boundaries and I am financially independent.

I interviewed Melissa Hart. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and is a certified Life Coach through ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited Beautiful You Coaching Academy, Speaker, and Mentor for women who are deep thinkers and sensitive souls. Melissa stated that nothing lights her up more than a deep, meaningful conversation about real-life struggles and challenges. Melissa describes herself as a former homeschool kid & religious fanatic, Chipotle obsessive, and recovering know-it-all. Growing up very religious, it came as quite a shock to her friends, family, and larger community when she left Evangelical Christianity and deconstructed her entire belief system. By maintaining her relationships (well, the healthy ones) was very important to me during this transition. This has made her an expert in navigating difficult relationships and setting boundaries when choosing a way of life that is radically different from those around you

As a purity culture and sexual assault survivor, she knows the challenges of developing sexual confidence and feeling comfortable in her own body. She loves talking about all the layers and layers of stories women tell themselves about their bodies and the way they are supposed to be in the world. There’s such freedom to be found when we learn to identify our limiting beliefs and start to separate ourselves from the incessant inner critic that lives in our minds. 

When she left religion, she swung far left politically. She noted that she had spent 30 years with a group of people telling her what to do, think and feel. When she left, she started searching for another community to belong to without even realizing it. One of the primary ways she healed from spiritual abuse was by building a relationship with her body. Thinking about my body as “her” has allowed her to tune into her intuition and learn to listen when her body was communicating with her which she did all day long. Learning about her intuitive “yes” and “no” allows her to navigate the world with confidence and make choices that she knew were aligned with her core values

Melissa is a fierce advocate for marginalized people in her community, particularly children and families connected to the foster care system. But what if it’s ok to take a step back politically and just…listen. And learn. She said that her calling in life is to coach soulful women, providing skillful guidance and support as they step into the next highest version of themselves and embrace a vibrant life filled with passion and purpose. She loves working with women who want MORE from their lives and are ready to make big changes in order to have the joy-filled life they’ve been dreaming of.

Today she helps other divorced women to heal, move on and build amazing lives for themselves. Moujamoon is a community where she teaches cycle charting (Fertility Awareness Method) for womb healing, health monitoring, and pregnancy achievement as well as natural, effective, and empowering contraception been studied and proven to be up to 99.6% effective. Emily states that women deserve better education about their bodies than that they received growing options for contraception methods. Her passion is as she puts it "busting the fear-based myths around fertility that keep women afraid of connecting to their natural cycles, and the power of body confidence and embracing our sexuality the accurate science of fertility, and the way our body sends us recognizable biomarkers that we can learn to observe, chart, and interpret to avoid/achieve pregnant the liberating path of self-responsibility, which gifts us unshakable sexual sovereignty beyond patriarchal systems of oppression. Emily would have never predicted finding herself in the role of teaching holistic reproductive wellness, as she grew up in a religious family where bodies and cycles were never spoken of, and like most young girls were in societal systems that stifled her from growing organically into who it was she wanted to be. But thanks to her fiery drive to awaken to truth, she took off on many nomadic adventures exploring Self, Earth, and Others that primed her to reclaim her cyclical power, by eventually leading her to FAM (fertility awareness method). Through FAM she learned to track her cycles, connect back to her body’s innate creative forces, and explore her sacred sexuality.

Moujamoon is the birth of combining Emily’s extensive training and experience as a teacher with her passion for womb reclamation. She’s been studying the sacred and scientific of reproductive health for over 5 years, inspired by her direct experience with the transformational power of body literacy.

I interviewed Tabatha Perry, MSW. Tabatha that God had gifted her with many life opportunities to grow her flexibility and patience, she has had quite the journey through her years of empowering others to show up as their truest self. She has helped dreamers from all walks of life: successful business owners, teen moms, those experiencing homelessness, and prisoners. Tabatha that she loves to be kept on her toes and continues to appreciate people for who they are and the unique experiences they each have. She stated that she believes everyone has a story and value. Everyone. And she wants THEM to see that, as well.

Tabatha said that she thrived, and got caught up in life, and just lived on autopilot. She set goals, achieved many, and didn’t get close to many more. she continued stating that she worked hard for what she believed in, and sometimes didn’t see the results she expected. She has made sacrifices that she never thought possible to make her wildest visions come true. And those accomplishments came from her faith, realizing every great goal starts at a gateway; every purpose needs a path; and every overachiever must strategize, organize, and optimize!
