I interviewed Robyn Moore. Robin. As a certified life coach, mentor, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, she has combined proven techniques into a 3-month S.O.A.R. program for women. Robin stated that through the methodology she utilized using S.O.A.R., she empowered women to transform their lives to be free from self-imposed limitations quickly and finally have the confidence to run toward everything they desire. She says that she spent years experiencing a life stifled by negative inner self-talk, constantly telling herself, "you are not loveable." the internal toxicity plagued her life with suffocating anxiety and depression until one day she decided that she wanted MORE out of life. For over 15 years, she tried therapy, self-help books, and prayer. Though it helped, none of it worked to help her create the life of peace and calm that she wanted. It wasn't until she decided that she could tell herself a different story about myself and my life that everything changed.

Robin reflected that as a Certified Life Coach, she helps Christian women find renewed joy and strength in their lives and relationships through letting go of negative inner self-talk. Having let negative internal self-talk cripple decades of her life, she knows firsthand the hold it has on relationships and how it can negatively dictate the course of someone's life. Now free of 11 prescription medications, 70 lbs, nagging anxiety, and crippling depression, she now has dedicated her life to helping other women find the same freedom as a single Mom of an extraordinary boy that boy adopted at birth.

I interviewed Laura Patrica Martin. Laura is an IBS-Anxiety and Trauma Specialist and the founder of the Healing to Happy Brand. She is known for her unique approach to gut health and mental wellness..⁣. After battling her way through trauma, loss, addictions she found herself with a surplus of health issues such as IBS, hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalances, and skin issues. Majority of what she found out there was what a lot of us find: restrictive diets, medications, and a lot of "we don't know what's wrong with you". She offers simple solutions for some of today's challenges—worms for amending the soil, sprouts for eating, and laughter for overall health and wellness. Cathy told us that Laughter yoga came to her when she struggled with all the negative energy folks were sending her way about her essential mission. Daily laughter is now a considerable part of her health plan. Laughter is the best medicine. Cathay is very fond of saying that you need your daily D.O.S.E.? dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins. The love drugs. Laughter is a beautiful form of self-love.

I interviewed Dr. Rosemarie. Dr. Downer is a dedicated follower of Christ who aspires to have the closest relationship with Christ possible. Her service in the body of Christ primarily involves teaching and preaching. She also spent well over 30 years serving in youth ministries. Other focus areas in her ministry include women and single adults. As well, she often ministers on issues that address emotional healing and well-being. She counts every opportunity to minister an ultimate privilege from God the Father and does not take it lightly.

She is the founder and former President of BRYDGES (Building Responsible Youth by Delivering Genuine Enrichment Services), over which she functioned as the President for 15 years − 2001 through 2016. She is a published author of The High Call of Forgiveness, It's A Mandate, The Self-Scarred Church, and several parenting handbooks. Additionally, she is the author of a comprehensive ministry development course – Find and Occupy Your Place and the Continuum of Care Youth Ministry Development Handbook.

Dr. Downer served at The U.S. Department of Agriculture as a social science researcher for 20 years and as an adjunct professor at Bowie State University for 24 years. She is now retired from both positions and is currently a private consultant doing research and evaluation and doing what she dreamed of doing for years, and that is to write books to edify the body of Christ.

The pivotal scripture verse for her ministry is 3John 2 – “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” Her most favorite Bible verse is Philippians 1:6: “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” Her favorite Bible character is Moses because he had the relationship with Abba Father that she so very deeply desires. Moses was able to talk to God the Father face-to-face and without riddle because of the close relationship he had with Him. That is her desire!
