Which leads to a great conversation around the idea that maybe the best way to teach our kids not to idolize people is help them stop idolizing us as parents.

I (Jason) wanted to make this episode for a few reasons.

So many guys are afraid of seeing a therapist.

They think it makes them weak.

Or that they're broken.

Or that they can solve it on their own.

All elite level athletes have someone in their corner that has expertise they don't have.

Who help them see their blind spots and call them on their shit. I've been seeing a therapist. I want to share the experience with you so you get some insight into what its like. Maybe it will help you see how it could strengthen you as well.
