Episode 16

This exciting episode has the Three White Lions riding a windmaker to travel to the land of Baobab Trees. The Baobob trees are real. And they live in Madagascar.  I wanted to bring them into the THREE WHITE LIONS book because they are so wonderful. I also needed to bring Barbara back into the story, so they traveled together in the windmaker. She had been on assignment, and we learn that it was to reform a broken education system. Three White Lions. We have come to Episode 15. The twenty-foot-tall lionesses, some slightly taller, shared Susan's vision about The Ukrainian upcoming war. Just what the American president needed, another disaster that would interfere with his and their efforts to save democracy. The American people were in survival mode after the COVID pandemic, which killed one million Americans. The country was changing even as people clung to their old ways. But this was why the U.S. president had called the three lionesses to come help him. Unfortunately, the White Lions thought they might not have enough strength on their own to accomplish this goal. 

So they stepped upon the windmaker, a transporter from another time, and headed to Africa. They sought wisdom from the source of all wisdom. We meet the self-described Red People. They are truly a vibrant red. They are the White Lionesses' trusted partners and capable of most of what the lionesses could do. Unfortunately, they had no communication capabilities. They slipped quietly into the Lioness' den and left the same way after their task was accomplished.  Come listen.

EPISODE: 15 Week 48: Day 1 & Counting.

I like the idea that people make assumptions about trees. I grew up surrounded by 40 acres of trees. And as an adult, it was not until I moved to a house with 90-foot-tall trees that my body relaxed. They are my natural sources of comfort, grounding me. So I thought it would be fun to tweak what humans believe about them -- that they talk quite a lot but at a level so low, our ears cannot accommodate them. Episode 14: Week 49: Day 2 And Counting

I was concerned about this episode, because it was only Gloria involved. Neither Susan nor Barbara appeared. After rereading it about a dozen times, I finally decided that there was so much in her brain that this was a pivotal episode, and it had to be that way. The three will be together in the next episode. And here's a hint about the next episode. Not only can trees talk to the THREE WHITE LIONS at levels far beneath our ability to hear, they can also move around at will!

The Three White Lions knew that something evil was up. They could sense it in the air. And the 20' tall Susan in her human form could see it at the never-ending White House party. A chill raced across her shoulders as the least-liked senator came into the room and began insinuating himself unwanted. Finally, he noticed that his audience had melted away, so he started slinking around the edges of the room. Come see what the Blue Woman, Linda Q, is up to. Certainly, it is nothing good!

THREE WHITE LIONS by Gloria Christie. The eldest of the three 20' feet tall lionesses decided that she needed to go to one of her advisers. Monnaie was among  her wisest mentors. And he is an octopi ever-changing, ever-moving. Smarter than humans with nine brains. His master brain, then the little brains at the end of each of his appendages.

The Magical  20' Tall Three White Lions...are trying to figure out the source of the evil fighting against the president. In the midst of all the conflict, the least liked senator was skulking around the edges of the rooms, true to no one but power.

We hear more detail about the Scaley One's un-dinner party. Clearly, all but the senator greatly feared their host. You could see the twin birds legs shaking beneath the table. But the senator was so self-absorbed, she did not even notice. Nor did she wait for the host to pick up his fork, which would have been polite. No. She just dug in. And almost dug herself an early grave.

The Scaly One told the giant birds:

‘You have done a fine job with the COVID virus. It was simply brilliant creating this endless supply of variants! Then, you followed up with the, shall we say, outstanding re-educating the public against vaccinations! Well done!’ Blue Woman! I believe you were part of those lies, were you not?

Of course, the duo knew if they blew their assignment, The Cold One would have had one of them for dinner while he made the other one not only watch but participate.

Then, The Scaly One turned to the Blue Woman. And you, My Dear, what an exquisite job you have done, turning 32 percent of the American public against the other two-thirds. There are millions of the Frozen Stargazer Party who will fall over the edge of sanity and go to war for the Dud [she giggled].

Was it a dream? Or was it reality? The tallest White Lion, Barbara, had not nearly removed herself from the dream. Its tendrils clung to her legs as she tried to walk away from it. With a final tug, she emerged into the now:”

‘I had the most beautiful, awful dream in my life! I know. I know. That does not make sense. Let me see if I can translate it into words. I was in the woods, not our timber, but some far north of here. And it was cold, so very cold. Only the pines added color to the landscape, and a sliver of the moon was always shining.

‘But I had to go there for some reason. A path even darker than the road pulled me deeper into the forest. I could hear animals moaning and the trees groaning in the wind that never stopped.'
