THREE WHITE LIONS: CHAPTER 6

America! Where Do I Fit? July 2, 2021

Well, the first time I tried to record my Friday night THREE WHITE LIONS podcast, the electricity went off. The second time, I got an unexpected phone call that I had to take. The third time, I started recording and finished about 20 minutes later, and it did not take. Clearly, I did something. But I decided at that point that maybe I should skip this 4th of July weekend and come back Monday. Then, I'm going to try some interesting new things regarding your bedtime news stories. Next Friday, I will be back. The big change is that I'm not reading the chapter. Instead, rather than reading, I'm going to discuss the chapter with you. It will be more fun for both of us! See you soon!

THREE WHITE LIONS Bedtime News Story.

Podcast #11. June 28, 2021.

Urgent Legal Disbarment For Rudy Giuliani Over ‘The Big Lie’ Demanded In St Louis:

The Big Lie has fallen across America like a molting chicken. It is ugly. And it is distasteful, but worse, it undermines democracy and divides the country. Donald Trump gave his first rally, since January 6, The New York Times reported. It was clear that he relishes tearing the country into not two but a thousand. His is the lie that eats at Democracy’s curtain like a herd of moths set free in a closet. Remember everything Donald Trump touches dies. As the ex-president’s attorney, we were under the impression that Rudy Giuliani was only practicing, not performing law anyway.

Terrified Trump Goes Berserk Over Bill Barr Exposing His Incompetence:

It is a strange world of funhouse mirrors. The territory is rife with eggshells just waiting to be crushed. Take one misstep, tell one truth, and Donald Trump will never forgive a person. No, instead he uses that error and nurses it with the fertilizer of victimization. He carefully runs it around in his mind to gain rage-level indignation, and that individual becomes an enemy to be dealt with, to eradicate. After years of walking securely in Trump World, former Attorney General (AG) William Barr took one wrong turn.

THREE WHITE LIONS:

Chapter 5. Seeing the Truth.

June 25, 2021 (America! Where Do I Fit?)

Book's Goal: 1. Let you know how to trust your own eyes. 2. Take in information.3. Decide how you are going to be a good citizen in this world of clashing realities People have this a bit backward. They start with their conclusion then try to find information that prove it. My approach is to see something that interests you. Ask a question about it in just one sentence. Then, see where your investigation takes you. That is your conclusion. Kind of like a mystery. We ask Who? What is their background and that of the place they are affiliated with its background? We look at videos, tweets, articles, a variety of news shows, maybe even documentaries and your friends. Ask what do they get out of this statement?  Then, trust your gut. After the conclusion, what action do you want to take? That is what is different, the action part. We looked at 1. Fox's Tucker Carlson calling the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley "a pig" and "stupid." We also looked at 2. The infrastructure bill. and 3. *Critical Racial Theory.

*NOTE: I mistakenly called the Critical Racial Theory something else in error.

Chapter 3, What Can We Do?

'‘A wealthy man's life should go in two stages -- first gaining wealth, then using that wealth to improve the general welfare.’' Carnegie

Right now, our country is not in great shape. But that presents us with a unique opportunity. Even one small thing can change the world, and this is what we can do.
