New figures from Threshold highlight the ongoing pressure in the rental sector, with more than 10,000 households supported last year and hundreds prevented from falling into homelessness in just the first few months of 2026.

The report shows rising concerns around security of tenure, with many renters facing eviction or living in fear of losing their homes.
