December 05, 2019(Still) Healing My Relationship With FoodThis past year has been quite a struggle as I’ve come to realise that I still have a lot of work to do in terms of healing my relationship with food. Binge eating was a problem for me for 15 years and last year I was binge free for a whole year. This year, however, it became an issue again and it really has been a challenge for me. I’ve finally sought the help of a professional who specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & it is a relief to finally ask for help and admit that I can’t do this alone. Jack is a Life Coach, Speaker & Pharmacist based in Meath. At the age of 20, Jack had an accident while on holidays with friends in Portugal which led to him becoming paralysed from the neck down.
