One fun, memories, help oh yeah, when you grieve, fun memories begin to come out and you find yourself saying oh I remember that and it was such a good time instead of crying if find yourself smiling.

How is your self-esteem? That’s the title for today’s episode because we’ve been through a lot over the past 3 to 4 years and I bet some of you still have some esteem issues that have been caused by the trauma we have faced in life.

It all went down the drain yes it did many things in our lives. Have gone down the drain but today I’m talking about things I created with love that. Had to go down the drain.

What can you do? That’s the title of today’s episode. What can you do to make the changes in your life that your soul would be thankful for?

The power is in you I promise it’s there. We’ve all had tremendous losses that’s why we listen to what I have to say and I listen to what other people have to say when it’s all down to what we need to pull out it’s there the power is in you.

What love isn’t is a really easy statement to make and answer it’s not being alone or feeling alone when the person you think you love and the person you believe loves you is right there with you during a really tough time.

Lessons from Helene and let me tell you there were a lot of lessons that I learned and I also learned very important lesson.
