Continuing from yesterday, I wanted to expand a little bit on brain fog and what you can do about it. I did a deeper dive today.

Today I talk about brain fog and I’m gonna continue tomorrow to talk about things that happen to us unfortunately, as we age or for different reasons that I talked about today because I am having these problems so if I’m having them I’m gonna share them with you

Today I’m giving you more about feeling better which I’ve been talking about for the past several weeks because in wrapping it up the bottom line if it’s always about you it’s always your choice

Letting go where is many hats is very true because there’s many different reasons we need to let go and I share some of mine today

Your soul place is where you can go and just deeply think with no interruptions turn my phone off just sit there in peace, or walk there in peace,  just allow everything to come to you in a beautiful way.

All the love today is about the reason that those of us who grieve have one similarity and grieving it’s the loss of the love.

You will just know the title I chose because you will hear that in your lifetime. You will just know if you wanna know what it is you’re going to know give me two minutes.

Today’s episode is called seeing the light because that’s what I do. I help people see the light in my work in my writing. Am I listening in my talking that’s what I love to do helping people see the light.
