Life has let downs. 
Why? Because we live in a sinful world and none of us are perfect. Deal with the Disappointment.

Keep Staying in the Presence of Jesus.

Taking time every day to celebrate the good things – to thank God for life, breath, and
the hope of a new day; as well as any good thing we can find to be thankful for – are
key not only to our spiritual health, but to our mental and emotional health as well.
Are we letting the circumstances and problems we face get in the way of being
thankful? And if we are, how can we get past that and experience the healing that God
promises?
