Thriving through a Dark Night of the Soul featuring Mark Youngblood

We all experience periods in our lives of great upheaval, where the structures, people and/or beliefs that we may have relied on in the past, all seem to be falling apart. While these periods can be challenging, they also offer great opportunities for personal and spiritual growth. These periods, often known as Dark Nights of the Soul, are becoming increasingly common both individually and collectively. In this episode, I reconnected with my soul brother, Mark Youngblood, founder of Inner Mastery, Inc., to explore how we can thrive through a dark night of the soul.

Here are some of the key takeaways from the episode:

We are collectively and individually going through dark times as Earth is transitioning to a higher level of being.

The more we understand what we are going through, can flow with it and be in a state of acceptance, the gentler and more peaceful the dark night of the soul experience will be.

Dark nights come in a variety of forms and can vary in their intensity. Some feel like minor life glitches and shifts of perception, while others can be experienced as complete upheavals to our whole way of being.

It’s important to have a set of transformational tools to support us, help us to release old emotions, clear our energy and shift our thoughts.

When we get triggered, it can sometimes feel like we are going backwards, but these moments actually give us an opportunity to practice our spiritual tools, and respond to our past conditioning with a deeper level of awareness.

It’s important to surround yourself with people who will support you in your highest vibration.

For many of us we have been conditioned that it has to be hard, but it doesn’t have to be.
