  • This Supplement Protects Heart from Intense Exercise Risks
Scientists have examined the effects of Alpha Glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha GPC) on blood dynamics and heart rate variability. This was done in women who were overweight or obese, following a sprint interval exercise. While its overall health benefits are well known, intense exercise can have unwanted side effects on vulnerable people. In particular, without preventive measures, overweight people can experience high blood pressure responses and acute cardiac events after intense exercise. Therefore, it is important to find way to reduce the cardiac risks of exercise. Alpha GPC, a food supplement for healthy individuals, is thought to have favorable effects on the central nervous system and possible protective influences on cardiovascular functions. After ingestion, the supplement converts to active forms of choline, an essential nutrient that has many confirmed beneficial effects. However, the influence of Alpha GPC supplements on cardiac functions after strenuous exercise among adults with obesity is not clearly established. Therefore, the scientists conducted a study to validate the hypothesis that Alpha GPC supplements could play a protective role on cardiac autonomic and blood pressure in people with obesity after a sprint interval exercise. Twelve overweight or obese women participated in the study. The participants were between 20 and 40 years old with a high body mass index. Also, the participants had no diagnosed chronic diseases or health conditions, and didn’t use dietary supplements or medications that could affect the results of the study. The participants underwent several sessions, during which they first consumed either 1000 mg of Alpha GPC or a placebo. Then they performed sprint interval exercises following the standard Wingate test protocol. Relevant cardiac and blood related parameters such as systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and mean arterial pressure, were measured before and after the ingestion of the supplement or placebo. They were also measured before and after the Wingate test. The measurements were followed by statistical analysis of the data. Throughout the study, the scientists strived to ensure the statistical validity of the data. For example, the Wingate tests were performed at the same time of day. The results of the study are published in Nutrients. The scientists found that Alpha GPC supplements before sprint interval exercise can attenuate the changes in heart rate variability and blood dynamics variables that typically occur during and after intense exercise and recovery. In particular, recovery after strenuous exercise in overweight and obese women is faster. Therefore, the scientists suggest that Alpha GPC may be a useful strategy to reduce the risk associated with intense exercise in individuals who are overweight or obese. The scientists also found indications that Alpha GPC supplements could lead to better exercise performance by increasing power and reducing fatigue. And the scientists recommend more studies to determine the effects of Alpha GPC supplements in more detail. Thrivous develops Alpha Neuroprotector to enhance brain and nerve function for better aging. Each serving provides a clinical dose of Alpha GPC, as well as complementary nutrients. As indicated by this study, Thrivous Alpha may protect the heart from the risks of intense exercise, and improve exercise performance. Alpha Neuroprotector is available online at the Thrivous website.

  • Study Confirms Anti-Aging Effects of Acetyl L Carnitine
Scientists led by University of Catania have evaluated the effect of Acetyl-L-carnitine in pre-frail older patients. Pre-frailty is the intermediate stage before frailty, the age-related onset of the gradual decline in body function. Frailty is the decline of physical, cognitive, psychological, and social skills that results in a progressive loss of autonomy and capacity to maintain optimal function. The prevalence of frailty increases in older age. For the purpose of this study, frailty is established on the basis weight loss, exhaustion, low grip strength, slow walking pace, and low physical activity. Pre-frailty is defined as the intermediate condition where two of these five criteria are met. Pre-frailty predicts future disability but might be modifiable, particularly at an early stage. In a previous study, the scientists had observed deficiency of a vitamin-like compound, called Carnitine, in frail and prefrail patients. A variant of the compound called Acetyl-L-Carnitine is known to have many physiological effects and has been used to enhance cognition. Also, studies have shown positive effects of Acetyl-L-Carnitine on the aging brain. The scientists conducted this study to evaluate the effects of Acetyl-L-Carnitine in pre-frail older patients. 92 patients older than 65 participated in this study, conducted between 2009 and 2017. The participants were divided into two groups. The participants in one group took 1.5 g of Acetyl-L-Carnitine orally, twice a day for three months. The participants in the other group took a placebo consisting of inert material. The participants were then followed for another three month period, during which the efficacy of the treatment was evaluated. The scientists administered physical and cognitive tests, based on the frailty criteria listed above, to the participants. The scientists also collected and analyzed blood and urine samples to measure and evaluate biomarkers related to frailty. The supplementation of Acetyl-L-Carnitine was well tolerated, with no significant adverse effects. And the results of the study indicate that Acetyl-L-Carnitine treatment seems to delay and alleviate aging-related degenerative disorders of the elderly in prefrail subjects. The beneficial effects of Acetyl-L-Carnitine on frailty status were confirmed on both brain and body in older prefrail patients. In particular, Acetyl-L-Carnitine supplements resulted in small but measurable improvements in muscle health by reducing oxidative stress, decreasing inflammatory response, and activating enzymes involved in the defense against oxidative damage. On the mental side, Acetyl-L-Carnitine supplements resulted in small but measurable improvements in memory, attention, and learning. The scientists are persuaded that improvements in alleviating the aging process need strategies to forestall frailty. Acetyl-L-Carnitine supplements have been found to induce small but clinically-meaningful changes. And these findings are relevant for public health. Thrivous develops Alpha Neuroprotector to enhance brain and nerve function for better aging. Each serving of Alpha provides a clinical dose of Acetyl L Carnitine, as well as complementary nutrients. As indicated in this study, Alpha may decrease the negative effects of aging on the brain. Thrivous Alpha is available online in the Thrivous store.

  • Epigenetic Engineering Rejuvenates Lab Mice
Scientists led by Harvard Medical School have shown that degradation in the way DNA is organized and regulated - known as epigenetics - can drive aging in an organism, independently of changes to the genetic code itself. “We believe ours is the first study to show epigenetic change as a primary driver of aging in mammals,” says research leader David Sinclair in a press release issued by Harvard Medical School. A story published in Time Magazine explains that epigenetic information is what makes skin cells turn into skin cells and brain cells into brain cells. “It does this by providing different instructions to different cells for which genes to turn on, and which to keep silent.” Epigenetics “is like a cell’s operating system, telling it how to use the same genetic material differently,” notes one of the scientists in the press release. In a research paper published in Cell, the scientists report that, by manipulating the epigenome, aging can be driven forward and backward. Not only were the scientists able to age mice on an accelerated timeline, but they could also reverse the effects of that aging and restore some of the biological signs of youthfulness to the animals. The scientists experimented with laboratory mice. First, the scientists used a technology platform called ICE (Inducible Changes to the Epigenome) to accelerate the breaks in chromosomes that mammalian cells experience every day in response to things like breathing, exposure to sunlight and cosmic rays, and contact with certain chemicals. The mice began to look and act old. Quantitatively, an aging clock developed by the scientists revealed a rise in biomarkers that indicate aging. Then, the scientists gave the mice a gene therapy that reversed the epigenetic changes they’d caused. The gene therapy delivered three genes that are active in stem cells and can help rewind mature cells to an earlier state. The mice’s organs and tissues resumed a youthful state. The therapy “set in motion an epigenetic program that led cells to restore the epigenetic information they had when they were young,” says Sinclair. “It’s a permanent reset... like rebooting a malfunctioning computer.” “We hope these results are seen as a turning point in our ability to control aging,” adds Sinclair. “This is the first study showing that we can have precise control of the biological age of a complex animal; that we can drive it forwards and backwards at will.” The findings show that a breakdown in epigenetic information causes mice to age and that restoring the integrity of the epigenome reverses those signs of aging. The findings also support the hypothesis that mammalian cells maintain a kind of backup copy of epigenetic software that, when accessed, can allow an aged, epigenetically scrambled cell to reboot into a youthful, healthy state. Of course, medical applications are a long way off and will take extensive experiments in multiple cell and animal models. But Sinclair is persuaded that scientists should think big and keep trying in order to achieve such dreams. The scientists were able to rejuvenate cells in mice. But will the process work in humans? That, as reported by Time Magazine, is Sinclair’s next step. The scientists are already testing the system in non-human primates. “We don’t understand how rejuvenation really works, but we know it works,” concludes Sinclair as reported by Time Magazine. “We can use it to rejuvenate parts of the body and hopefully make medicines that will be revolutionary. Now, when I see an older person, I don’t look at them as old, I just look at them as someone whose system needs to be rebooted. It’s no longer a question of if rejuvenation is possible, but a question of when.”

  • This Supplement Can Enhance Sleep Quality
Sleep quality is important for a healthy lifestyle. It is not only about how long you sleep, but also about the state of your sleep-wake rhythm. In recent years, many studies have shown that bad sleep quality can lead to diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and depression. To improve sleep quality is important for maintaining good health or preventing a decline in quality of life. Many countries are recognizing sleep problems as an important issue, and working to promote good sleep health. For example, the United States has a plan called "Sleep Health" under "Healthy People 2020" to set targets and measures to improve sleep health. In Japan, the government has created "Sleep Guidelines for Health Promotion 2014" to raise awareness about the importance of good sleep. As people age, their sleep quality can decrease. This is because as people age, the level of a chemical in the body called melatonin decreases. Melatonin helps control the sleep-wake rhythm and hormone levels. Studies on improving sleep quality in older people can help solve important public issues. DHA and EPA are special types of fats found in fish that can't be made by the human body. They have been shown to lower blood fat levels, reduce the risk of heart disease, and improve brain function. These special fats are found in all cells of the body and they have various effects on the body. These special fats have also been shown to affect the production of melatonin, which controls the sleep-wake rhythm. Some studies have shown that people who eat a lot of fish have better sleep quality. There have also been studies done on children and teenagers that have shown that DHA and EPA can help improve sleep quality. However, not many studies have been done on middle-aged and older people. Some researchers wanted to find out if DHA and EPA can help improve sleep quality in middle-aged and older people. Because DHA and EPA can improve blood fat levels, heart health and brain function, the researchers believed that it can also help improve sleep quality. They published the results of their study in the journal Nutrients. STUDY: Effect of Docosahexaenoic Acid and Eicosapentaenoic Acid Supplementation on Sleep Quality in Healthy Subjects: A Randomized, Double-Blinded, Placebo-Controlled Trial Study Design This study was designed to find out if taking a certain type of fish oil, called DHA and EPA, can help improve sleep quality in middle-aged and older adults. The study was done in a way that the researchers wouldn't know which group the participants were in (called a double-blinded study). And the participants were randomly put into a group that took DHA and EPA or a group that took a fake pill (called a placebo). The study had some rules about who could participate, for example, people who were sick or had certain health conditions were not allowed to participate. The study was approved by an ethics committee and was done following the guidelines for medical research. The study lasted 12 weeks and the participants took either the DHA/EPA or placebo pill for the whole time. The study participants were healthy Japanese adults who were over 45 years old and had poor sleep quality. The study was conducted at two medical clinics and the participants had some tests done before and after the study. In this study, the researchers used three tests to evaluate the participants' sleep quality: the OSA-MA test, POMS2 test, and the sleep scanner SL-511-WF2. The OSA-MA test was taken at home for three days before the study began and again after 12 weeks. The test included 16 questions and was used to measure five things: sleepiness when waking up, how easy it was to fall asleep and stay asleep, how often the participant dreamed, how refreshed the participant felt when waking up, and how long the participant slept. The POMS2 test was taken at the beginning and end of the study. It included 35 questions and was used to measure eight things: overall mood, feeling ...

  • Build Mind and Body with Clarity and Vitality Stack
Modern research acknowledges what seems intuitive. The mind and body are inseparably linked. Whatever you take into your body (food, drink, exercise, rest, etc.) affects how well your mind functions. Whatever emotions or thoughts you deal with (stress, anxiety, etc.) affects your body on a biochemical level. It may not be instantaneous. But a single drop of pure water, repeatedly dropped every second erodes the hardest rock. Or, if that water droplet contains dissolved minerals, that continuous single drop, builds a stalactite or stalagmite. Life never stays stagnant. Microscopic reactions in the mind and body are either eroding or building it every moment of the day and night. Catabolic processes break down fats, proteins, and carbohydrates for usable energy. Anabolic processes generate cells for new growth or to replace dying cells. Unfortunately, it is easy for metabolic function to get out of whack. Just existing, let alone optimal mental and physical functioning, requires constant usable energy. Only when the right conditions are met can anabolic processes kick in to replace old cells, promote growth, and provide healing. Nutrition plays a major role in meeting the conditions for anabolic functioning. And like that single continuous drop of water, nutrition is cumulative. It is never too late to improve nutrition for your overall well-being. However, a conscientious start in your younger years puts you on a healthy track for optimal performance for years to come. Harvest the benefits of Thrivous Clarity and Vitality Stack to promote healthy aging for the mind and body. Clarity and Vitality complement each other to provide nutrients, antioxidants, and geroprotectors to enhance mood, aid cognition, reduce fatigue, and support metabolic functioning. Clarity and Vitality Stack Thrivous Clarity and Vitality support metabolic function by providing essential nutrients. These include powerful antioxidants and geroprotectors that combat free radicals and other biochemical stresses generated during catabolic processes. Nutrients In the body, enzymes, neurotransmitters, hormones, amino acids, etc. require certain nutrients for proper functioning. Some nutrients, like Vitamin D, the body can store and recall as needed. Some nutrients, like B Vitamins and zinc, cannot be stored and must be consumed daily. Clarity and Vitality Stack provides the following nutrients to support healthy aging of mind and body: Bacopa Monnieri 320 mg (Clarity) supports current cognition, memory enhancement, and healthy cognitive aging. L-Theanine 200 mg (Clarity) supports relaxing and focusing the mind, improving cognition and sleep quality. Rhodiola Rosea 170 mg (Clarity) helps fight stress and fatigue to improve cognition. B Vitamins (Clarity) are necessary to convert macronutrients to usable energy, which helps fight fatigue and support cognition. Vitamin B12 is required for neurotransmission, DNA production, and healthy red blood cells. Zinc 11 mg (Clarity) is required for roughly 300 enzyme reactions. As such, zinc supports metabolism, blood glucose levels, mood, and healthy cognitive aging. Antioxidants Free radicals are generated during catabolic processes. They are highly reactive and can damage DNA. If free radicals are unchecked, they leave a trail of microscopic destruction. Antioxidants combat free radicals. Zinc 11 mg (Clarity) aids blood glucose and healthy cognitive aging by supporting blood serum levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). Blueberry Fruit Extract 1400 mg (Vitality) acts as a powerhouse to reduce DNA damage caused during metabolic functioning. This antioxidant is not stored by the body and must be consumed daily to reap its benefits. Coenzyme Q10 100 mg (Vitality) helps generate usable energy while acting as an antioxidative to combat free radical damage. Geroprotectors Aging has many negative effects on metabolism, cells, and the body generally. Geroprotectors combat the effects of aging and promote healthy long ...

  • New Aging Clock DunedinPACE Measures the Pace of Aging
Researchers at Columbia University and other institutions have developed a new blood test to measure the pace of biological aging. It is based on an analysis of chemical tags on the DNA contained in white blood cells, called DNA methylation marks. The test is a new addition to a fast-growing list of DNA methylation tests designed to measure aging - or aging clocks. The new aging clock is called DunedinPACE (Pace of Aging Computed from the Epigenome). Aging clocks, or epigenetic clocks, are biomarkers based on DNA methylation that track aging. Intended to measure biological age, aging clocks predict age-related health issues. See our previous posts on aging clocks. “What makes DunedinPACE unique is that, whereas other tests aim to measure how old or young a person is, DunedinPACE measures whether you are aging quickly or slowly,” said research leader Daniel Belsky in a press release issued by Columbia University. A study published in e-Life reports that DunedinPACE is correlated with measures of biological age derived from blood chemistry and DNA methylation data, and with research participants' subjective perceptions of their own health. It also indicated a faster pace of aging in young adults with histories of exposure to poverty and victimization. The study used data collected from the participants in the Dunedin Study, when they were all aged 26, 32, 38, and 45 years. In addition to the Dunedin Study, the researchers also used data from the Understanding Society Study, the Normative Aging Study, the Framingham Heart Study, and the Environmental Risk (E-Risk) Longitudinal Twin Study. “Whereas other measures of aging are designed to capture all aging-related change accumulated across the life course, our measure is focused on changes occurring over the recent past,” added Belsky. “What is striking is that, even with this more restricted focus, DunedinPACE is equally precise as the best of the currently available tests in predicting disease, disability, and mortality in the future, and it adds value to risk assessments over and above these measures.” The researchers are persuaded that DunedinPACE is an effective single-time-point measure that quantifies pace of aging with whole blood samples. It can be readily implemented in most DNA methylation datasets, making it immediately available for testing in a wide range of existing datasets as a complement to existing methylation measures of aging. “DunedinPACE represents a novel measure of aging that can complement existing DNA methylation measures of aging to help advance the frontiers of geroscience,” concluded Belsky. “Together, these measurements can help us understand the factors that drive accelerated aging in at-risk populations and identify interventions that can slow aging to build aging health equity.” The e-Life editor’s evaluation notes that DunedinPACE can be used to complement existing DNA methylation-based biomarkers, such as GrimAge (see our coverage of GrimAge ).

  • GrimAge Clock Improves Prediction of Healthy Lifespan
Researchers at UC Los Angeles have developed an aging clock. This biomarker, known as DNA methylation GrimAge (DNAmGrimAge), allows one to predict lifespan and healthspan, and to test potential interventions that may slow or perhaps even reverse biological aging. Aging clocks, or epigenetic clocks, are biomarkers based on DNA methylation (DNAm) that track aging. Intended to measure biological age, epigenetic clocks predict age-related health issues. See our previous posts on aging clocks. “When it comes to predicting lifespan, GrimAge is 18% more accurate than calendar age and 14% better than previously-described epigenetic biomarkers,” explain researchers Ake Lu and Steve Horvath in a press release. “With regards to predicting time to coronary heart disease, GrimAge is 61% more accurate than chronological age and 46% better than previously-reported epigenetic biomarkers. In spite of this significant enhancement however, it must be noted that neither age nor DNAm GrimAge is particularly good at predicting time to heart disease.” Using samples from thousands of individuals, the researchers demonstrated that DNAm GrimAge stands out among existing epigenetic clocks. It has greater predictive ability for time-to-death, time-to-coronary heart disease, time-to-cancer, age-at-menopause, and fatty liver/excess visceral fat levels. The findings are reported in a research paper published in Aging. DNAm GrimAge shows the expected relationship with lifestyle factors including healthy diet. It measures an individual's risk of mortality by analyzing positions on the DNA where methyl groups change with age. “Over a thousand such specific positions are monitored by DNAmGrimAge which combines these values into an age estimate called GrimAge,” explains Lu in the press release. “If you fall within the top 5 percent of the fastest ‘agers’, your risk of death is sadly more than twice that of the average person. If however, you are within the bottom 5 percent of slowest agers, then happily, your risk is only half that of the average person.” The DNA positions used by GrimAge are those that track the levels of blood proteins that are known to be associated with health, as well as those that are associated with smoking history. “At this point, we don’t have any evidence that it’s clinically useful, because there are big error bars,” said Horvath as reported by MIT Technology Review. But the researchers are getting close to “answering the question that hangs over us all - and determining whether there is anything we can do to change the answer.” In fact, Horvath hopes that aging clocks will soon be precise enough to reflect changes in lifestyle and behavior. MIT Technology review notes that there are important implications for the life insurance sector. The researchers note that, despite their obvious strengths, DNAm-based biomarkers are expected to complement rather than replace traditional clinical biomarkers for aging such as blood glucose or blood pressure measurements. However, the conclusion of the abstract of the research paper is that “epigenetic biomarkers are expected to find many applications including human anti-aging studies.”

  • This Supplement Reduces Muscle Damage and Protects Bones
An international team of scientists from Serbia, Russia, and Australia investigated the effects of vitamin D3 supplements in female basketball players with low vitamin D levels. Vitamin D is known to play an important role in the regulation of calcium and phosphate, which is essential for bone health. It has also been suggested that vitamin D plays an important role in skeletal muscle function and metabolism. Athletes with low vitamin D levels are at risk of poor bone health, reduced muscle regenerative capacity after exercise, and impaired immune function. Therefore, maintaining proper vitamin D levels is likely important for athletes. A paper was recently published in European Journal of Sport Science. It reports on the methods and results of a study with the participation of 24 female basketball players with low vitamin D levels. 12 participants, older than 18, competed in the first division of the National Serbian League. The other 12 participants, younger than 18, competed in the second division of the National Serbian League. During the study, the older participants from the first division were training 10-12 hours and playing a maximum of two competition matches per week. The younger participants from the second division were training 6-8 hours and playing one competition match per week. The participants were divided into two groups, equal in size and age composition. The participants in one group received vitamin D3 supplements. And the participants in the other group received a placebo (dextrose). At the beginning of the six weeks study, all participants received a box containing 42 capsules of 4,000 IU of vitamin D3 or dextrose. This, according to the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academy of Science, is the upper tolerable limit. The vitamin D3 and dextrose capsules were identical in color, size, and packaging. All participants were instructed to consume one capsule of their assigned supplement daily for the 42-day duration of the study. Blood samples were taken in the morning, and several biomarkers in the blood were studied with state-of-the-art equipment and statistical analysis software. An important biomarker for the analysis was 25-hydroxyvitamin D, whose deficiency is indicative of vitamin D insufficiency. According to the scientists, this is the first study to examine the effect of vitamin D3 supplements on bone and muscle health in female basketball players with vitamin D inadequacy. The results of the study indicate that Vitamin D3 supplements at a dose of 4,000 IU/day for six weeks were effective at increasing the concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the blood of female basketball players with vitamin D inadequacy. The results of the study also suggest that Vitamin D3 supplements have the potential to assist in reducing muscle damage and protect bone health in female basketball players with inadequate vitamin D status. Thrivous develops Tenacity Arthroprotector to enhance joint and bone function for better aging. Each serving provides a clinical dose of Vitamin D3, as well as complementary nutrients. As indicated by this study, Tenacity may reduce muscle damage and protect bone health during physical exertion. Get your Tenacity from the Thrivous online store today!

  • One Dose of this Supplement Enhances Attention and Memory
Scientists at Texas A&M University, University of Wisconsin, and consulting company Increnovo LLC, have evaluated the effects of acute (one-time) Ashwagandha extract ingestion on mental well-being and executive cognitive functions. Those functions include general attention, sustained attention, attentional shifting, and working memory. Ashwagandha has been reported to decrease stress, enhance mood, and improve cognitive function. However, whether acute ashwagandha supplementation improves memory and cognitive function has not been rigorously demonstrated so far. “Early studies with repeated ashwagandha supplementation in healthy populations showed improvements in cognitive performance, however, it is currently unknown if a one-time supplementation with ashwagandha has already beneficial effects on cognition,” said Increnovo scientist Ralf Jäger as reported by nutraingredients.com. “In our proof-of-concept study we evaluated the effects of acute ashwagandha ingestion.” Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a plant found or grown in many regions, including India and Sri Lanka. It is also found in high-altitude areas such as the Himalayas. Ashwagandha has been used for over 3000 years in Ayurvedic medicine. It has been described as a rejuvenator “that promotes a youthful state of physical and mental health and expands happiness.” It has also been described as a “royal herb,” due to its rejuvenating neurological, immune energy-enhancing, endocrine, and reproductive effects. There are also reports that Ashwagandha has been used in the traditional Ayurvedic system of medicine to enhance memory, and improve cognition and physical performance. It has been suggested that Ashwagandha normalizes physiological processes in times of increased stress. In a paper published in International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, the scientists describe the methods and results of a study with 13 healthy participants. First, the participants were administered a set of cognitive tests. Then, the participants ingested 400 mg of either placebo or Ashwagandha extract. Then, the participants were administered cognitive tests every hour for 6 hours. Finally, after 4 days, the participants repeated the experiment while receiving the remaining supplement. Those who previously received Ashwagandha extract now received placebo, and vice versa. The data were statistically analyzed. The set of cognitive tests included the Berg-Wisconsin Card Sorting Task test of reaction times and accuracy. They included the Go/No-Go test of sustained attention. They included the Sternberg Task Test of reaction time, accuracy, short-term and working memory. And they included the Psychomotor Vigilance Task Test of sustained attention and reaction times. Based on analysis of the data, the scientists conclude that one-time ingestion of 400 mg of Ashwagandha extract enhanced sustained attention. It also increased short-term memory and working memory. According to the scientists, the results of this study provide the first clinical evidence for some of the cognitive benefits of Ashwagandha. In healthy persons, one-time supplementation with Ashwagandha can improve certain aspects of cognitive performance. Thrivous develops Serenity Nightly Nootropic to enhance relaxation, sleep, and next-day focus. Each serving provides a clinical dose of Ashwagandha. As demonstrated by this study, the Ashwagandha in Serenity can enhance attention and memory. Get your Serenity online in the Thrivous store today.
