I am going into my answer for this question and my answer is your family or friends can be there for you being supportive and telling you it’s okay you will get through this . I am going into my answer for this question and my answer is yes we are able to exercise as completely blind or visually impaired people and some of those exercises are either walking or doing squats push ups or jumping jacks or lifting weights or going to a gym like ability 360 or joining a group class or joining different classes like Zumba, tai chi or yoga. I am going into my answer for this question and the answer is I believe it is a preference and if you enjoy looking at the clouds or the rain or flowers or what is around you with the vision you have then yes it can be but for someone who is completely blind they might not find it so enjoyable but with family and friends or loved ones giving you descriptions on the seen then it possibly can be but I as well talk about for completely blind people it may not be super interesting but if you have some vision then using that to enjoy the view or seen as well for somebody who is completely blind can enjoy the seen by the descriptions their given and using their other senses like their ears and paying attention to what’s going on could be a interest to you but I believe it is a preference ....more3minPlay

Placing your left arm or right arm in front of your face then bending down slowly and feeling with either your left arm or right arm to feel around 2. Using your white long cane folded or straight for poking around 3. Using your feet for detecting the item or thing you dropped as well for listening to where it could of dropped .
