In this podcast i am talking about a subject and that subject is about how are completely blind or visually impaired people able to indentify money? I am going into my answer for this question and I am talking about some ways we are able to indentify money and those ways are either using our finger nails to feel for the coins each coin has a different edge and surface you can feel or either using different apps such like be my eyes Microsoft seeing AI or TapTapSee or folding your dollar bill in squares or how ever you prefer and I as well talk about how you can ask family or friends or loved ones to help you I as well talk about each app and what they can do for you and I talk about how you can either find these apps on Apple devices or google devices and how you have many options when it comes to being able to recognize money curtesy and I as well talk about how if you have your own money identifier you can do it yourself .

In this podcast i am talking about a subject and that subject is about how are we able to match our clothes as completely blind or visually impaired people? I am going into my answer for this question and the way we are able to match our clothes are by being organized and matching our clothes based on colors or seasons or using the remaining of your vision if you have any to be able to tell your clothes apart or matching your clothes on different categories such like pajamas and socks or leggings and jeans together or how it is up to you and your preference of choice as well for asking family and friends or ones you trust to help you match your clothes and I talk about how some completely blind or visually impaired people remember colors so they match there clothes based on colors and favorite outfits to less favorite outfits and I talk about it is not embarrassing to ask for help when it comes to matching your clothes.

I am going into my answer for this question and I am talking about why it is important to address somebody who is completely blind or visually impaired and how it is important to let that completely blind or visually impaired person know that you are in a room with them and how it is important to let them know who is in the room with them so they are aware and how it is important to let that completely blind and how it is important to have a conversation with them when introducing yourself or just in a room with them?

In this podcast i am revisiting a subject and that subject is would I want a guide dog? I am going into my answer for this question and I am talking about if I would want one or not. I am talking about the requirements for having a guide dog and how I feel about it. I as well talk about my progress and where I am at in terms for my mobility training and I overall talk about would I want a guide dog and do I see it being apart of my future and why ?

In this podcast i am talking about a subject and that subject is about how should you speak to somebody who is completely blind or visually impaired ? I am going into my answer for this question and the answer is speak to a completely blind or visually impaired person just as you would speak to a sited person you are able to use words like see and saw and just because we have lack of sight or no sight doesn’t mean we do not use words like see and saw and I talk about how a lot of completely blind or visually impaired people still use words such like see and saw and how it is just apart of our vocabulary and just because we are completely blind or visually impaired does not mean we have to change our way of speaking .

In this podcast i am talking about a subject and that subject is about when our vision fails do our other senses become more keener? I am going into my answer for this question and the answer is no our other senses do not become keener as our vision fails but we do start relying more on our other senses such like our taste of smell and our ears and our hands and I believe our other senses were always there but we just needed to be more aware of those other senses and paying attention to what each sense does and how we rely on our other senses to be independent and for getting around.

In this podcast i am talking about a subject and that subject is about what are VR counselors and rehabilitation counselors? I am going into my answer for this question and what a VR counselor is somebody who provides you service to go back to work or school and they pay for you to go back to work or school as well each Counsler depending if you go to a blind center will schedule a monthly meeting with you to discuss your progress in your training and as well will pay for your equipment and for you to be able to attend a blind school or college and that vr Counsler will work out ways to help you get to your goal. I as well talk about what is a rehabilitation Counsler and what they are is your Counsler for going back to work and they will help you get to your goal and they also provide great advice and knowledge meant for any thing you may need as well for they pay for some transportation services so you can get to your work or school and how each Counsler is there for your own personal goals and needs.

In this podcast I am talking about a subject and that subject is about are we able to go back to school and have education as completely blind or visually impaired people? I am going into my answer for this question and the answer is yes we are able to go back to school as completely blind or visually impaired people with the help of our VR counselors by our side they will help you through it all as well for your rehabilitation counselor helping you through it all you are able to go back to school and have the education you have always wanted as well for if you have a mobility instructor she or he will help you with learning the layout of your school or class. I as well talk about how the possibilities are endless when it comes down to your goal and how if you prefer you can ask for a assistant aid to help you go to class or a assistant student who would provide the necessary information for you to be as independent as possible or being able to go to your school yourself but just having the proper technology and products to be independent .

I am going into my answer for this question and I am talking about why it is important to be apart of a community and those reasons are it makes you feel good and being able to give back to something you find very important is a good thing and over all it is good to be apart of a community to either giving donations to that community or fundraisers or even being apart of a small or large group of people who share the same experience with you and the same passion

In this podcast i am talking about a subject and that subject is about don’t just assume we need help or not when interacting with a completely blind or visually impaired person? I am going into my answer for this question and I am talking about how sited people sometimes do not assume that we completely blind or visually impaired people do not need help so they do not ask us or sometimes they do assume and they ask us if we do need help or not. I am talking about how it is important when seeing a completely blind or a visually impaired person out and a about and their shopping and how you should not just assume we do not need any help or not because at times we may be in a situation where we do need help so always use your voice and ask us and never just assume
