I am going into my answer for this question and the best way is to offer us assistance when walking offer us your elbow or shoulder or even offering us assistance with our bags or to just to ask us if we need help whatever that may be. I as well talk about how it is very common to not ask a completely blind or visually impaired person for help and that it is good to ask us for assistance weather we need it or not

I am going into my answer for this question and how we are able to tell is by paying attention to our bodies and knowing what our body’s are saying to us. Weather you have symptoms, paying attention to those symptoms such like experiencing tenderness hot flashes mood swings appetite changes. I as well talk about how you can download a period tracker to help you know when you start your period or when you end it to knowing your predicted period date as well for writing in your symptoms. I am going into my answer for this question and I am talking about why it is so important to use communication when you are completely blind or visually impaired and it is important because we rely on communication all the time weather that is if there is a car coming towards us or if knowing if a outfit is cute or not or either using communication when cooking and finding a product or even using a app to know what you are doing. I am going into my answer for this question and no it is not hard to make friends as completely blind or visually impaired people and I am talking about some things you could do to make friends such like going on social media or going on apps or going in a public setting with friends to a social event I as well talk about how yes it can be hard to make friends if you are brand new to your city or state and your not use to making friends. I am going into my answer for this question and the answer is no we cannot tell when it’s day time or night time as completely blind or visually impaired people but if you have some vision and have some light perception I believe yes you are able to tell the difference in when it’s day time or night time as well for using your technology such like using your phone laptops or alarms clocks to know what time it is or going based on your body and knowing how your body feels during that time period because I believe paying attention to our bodies and knowing how we feel during that time frame will really tell you when it is day time or night time and going based on when to go to sleep or to wake up.
