In the year 1998 a strange alien lands on our planet. Are they friend or foe? It appears to have odd abilities and resembles humans. But what could this mean for humanity?
As the First Real episode I explore what would it be like to get $1 from everyone on earth. How much would that be, How would it happen, and then I just go wild and imagine what it might be like.
This isn't really an episode more a test on how the system works.
I wanted to give podcasting another shot. So i'm back at it again.
Well I today I pondered one of life's most pondered questions What is the meaning of life. Now there was one thing I forgot to mention and that is how difficult it is to create meaning for one's self and that I you haven't figured it out yet don't be discouraged it's a very difficult thing to discover and to explore. Don't worry you'll have your whole life to figure it out.
Having no real topic in mind I sort of wanted to see what would happen if I just did the episode. An experiment to see where my mind goes when its not given any direction.
After spending a month or 2 off from podcasting and seeking novelty I ended up exploring new territory. I wanted to share my experiences with this and that's what this episode is all about.
I talk about why most New years resolutions fail and how to actually make them succeed. I reference a video by CGP Grey called "why your new years resolution has already failed". Its really interesting and if your interested go check it out on his youtube channel. Other than that specific topic I just kinda go off on a tangent.
This is an exploration of the benefits but also the problems that come with being a creative person. Being a creative person isn't so simple and it certainly isn't the wonderful thing society portrays it as.
A fairly good episode. I have gone into some detail in the past about depression but this time I have more research done. If you want to read the article I mentioned in the show you can find that here: https://brainspeak.com/how-negative-self-talk-sabotages-your-health-happiness/
I think this was a much better version that goes into more detail about Why people are so depressed.
