This one is pretty simple I just talk about over thinking. I don't need to overthink this episode description too.
I rant about some of the societal standards that have been pushed on me in the past. It does get a bit depressing but It ends on a really good mature positive note. I'm not sure how I feel about this episode but having an episode out is still better than not having an episode out.
After a realization which stuck me after Exercising I realized why I have trouble taking advice and why I have issues with people telling me what to do in general. This might be interesting to people as I delve into what made me who I am and people can understand where I'm coming from and why I am the way I am.
Another no topic because I was unsure of what I wanted to talk about. I may drop the Wednesday episode as I tend to be focused on my band practices.
As the title implies this one is all about exercising and holding yourself accountable to do things. And I suggest things that have helped me personally to get started Because if anyone thinks they should start exercising they should always be encouraged to do so.
I share my experiences with having strong emotions and how I cope with stuff. This episode is also SOOO much better than the last one because I'm using the correct microphone.
So I wasn't happy with what I recorded yesterday so I decided to try and record one today for Halloween. But I ended up feeling sick again but still needed to put something out so I can be consistent. So this is probably the worst episode I've done but I'd Rather have an Episode out rather than have no episode at all
Drawing from my experience as an investor I try to explain why some people get stuck financially. The reasons usually to do with the mindset of the person themselves or the mindset of the people around influencing them. There are a lot of traps to get you stuck working forever but there are also a lot of ways to get out of the cycles and to live a life of financial freedom.
After getting my hands on an old laptop and upgrading it I started feeling nostalgic for building computers. It's been a while since I've last done it but I thought it'd be nice to really get into the specifics of it. I also talk about why someone might want to build one. And if someone has been thinking about doing it I couldn't recommend it more. It's an amazing experience that anyone who likes D.I.Y. projects would love.
I give some of my better advice on relationships. At the same time I attempted to devise a way to put windows on an old laptop.
